The Asian Poker Tour heads to one of South Korea’s most spectacular destinations this autumn as APT Jeju 2026 brings 13 days of tournament poker to Jeju Shinhwa World from September 25 to October 7.
Held in partnership with Landing Entertainment Korea (LEK) at LES A Casino, the fourth festival of the APT’s milestone 20th Anniversary season promises an enormous schedule featuring 135 events and more than KRW 5.2 billion (approximately US$3.8 million) in guaranteed prize pools.
With high rollers, Omaha, mixed games, draw formats and a huge Main Event guarantee, there is something for virtually every type of tournament player.
A KRW 2.2 Billion APT Main Event
The centerpiece of the festival is the KRW 2.7 million (~US$2,000) Main Event, which comes with a massive KRW 2.2 billion (~US$1.6 million) guarantee.
But the money isn’t the only attraction.
APT Jeju 2026 will award 12 seats to the APT Championship 2026 (APTC) Main Event, giving players an additional reason to make a deep run in Jeju.
The season-ending APTC takes place in Taipei from November 13β29 and carries a US$5 million guaranteed prize pool, making a seat there one of the most valuable prizes available during the Jeju festival.
Three APTC seats will be awarded to the top three finishers in the APT Jeju Main Event, while two more will be given away through lucky draws among players reaching Days 3 and 4.
The remaining seven seats will be awarded to champions of selected events throughout the festival, including the Super High Roller, High Roller, Superstar Challenge, Zodiac Classic β Sponsored by Natural8, two additional High Roller events and the Mini Main Event.
In other words, players don’t necessarily have to win the Main Event to punch their ticket to Taipei.
