Malta Poker Festival Autumn 2023 at Portomaso Casino
It’s not fall in Malta without the return of the Malta Poker Festival (MPF). The Casino at Portomaso will once again host one of the most exciting and friendliest poker festivals in Europe. Malta Poker Festival Autumn 2023 will run from October 23-30. A jam-packed schedule awaits including The Hendon Mob Championship (THMC) and a €500,000 guaranteed Main Event powered by Unibet Deepstack Open (UDSO).
The list of other featured events includes APAT Maltese Championship, Betsson One Bullet, Bounty Hunter Days Malta, MPF High Roller, a satellite to WPT Prime Championship at The Wynn Las Vegas, Ladies event hosted by Ylva Thorsrud, Seniors hosted by Paul Monaghan, and a brand new Mystery Bounty event.
€500,000 Guaranteed MPF Grand Event Powered by Unibet DSO
The Malta Poker Festival and Unibet DSO have collaborated to bring players a major festival with a fitting main event. The MPF Grand Event boasts a €500,000 guarantee with a buyin of €550. There are seven Day 1 starting flights beginning on Tuesday, October 24th with satellites running from the first day of the festival.
Players start with 50,000 chips and play 50-minute levels for Day 1A/B. Then 40-minutes for Day 1 C/D/E. Day 1F/G are turbo flights with 20-minute levels. Late registration is open for the first eight levels and two re-entries are permitted.
The Hendon Mob Championship Returns Home
The Hendon Mob Championship will once again feature as a side event at this year’s Malta Poker Festival. MPF is the series that launched THMC back in 2018. This fall, THMC will close out the festival with Day 1 on October 29. The event carries a €250 buyin with a custom THMC trophy for the champ and a custom THMC flag for anyone who makes the money.
Players start with 30,000 chips and play 30-minute levels. Late registration is open for the first eight levels and up to two re-entries are permitted.
