Malta Poker Festival’s Autumn Edition Features THMC Malta X and Over €500,000 GTD
The prestigious and popular Portomaso Casino is set to host the multi-Global Poker Award-nominated Autumn Edition of the Malta Poker Festival this Halloween. MPF Autumn editions run from October 27 to November 3. The annual festival features a €500,000 guaranteed MPF Grand Event and marks the 10th edition of The Hendon Mob Championship Malta.
As usual, MPF and Portomaso have no shortage of partners and ambassadors lining up to promote the sought-after festival. This edition features a Sviten Special event hosted by Martin Smith, Betsson One Bullet, Seniors Hosted by Rinty Monaghan, Bounty Hunter Days, Knights Crusade PLO by Barista Rebel, Halloween Special by Caroline Cove, Turbo by Sherry Pluskota, Ladies First by Ann Roos Caliens, APAT Maltese Championship, Super High Roller by Alex O’Brien, and, of course, THMC.
The Home of The Hendon Mob Championship
The Malta Poker Festival has been the home of The Hendon Mob Championship since its inception in 2018. We are delighted to be a founding partner of the MPF and look forward to hosting players at Portomaso Casino at both editions of the MPF every year.
This autumn, however, will be the 10th time the MPF has hosted a THMC event. We are looking forward to seeing everyone and can’t wait to crown the latest THMC winner, joining previous champs Oleksii Yerema, Daniele Coroneo, Jan Daan Hoogendijk, Torgeir Hagmann, Michael Aflalo, Patrick Wulf, Florian Bock, Jeff Duddy, and Thomas Jakobse.
Day 1 of THMC Malta X will begin at 7 p.m. local time on Wednesday, October 29. The event carries a €230 buyin with players starting with 30,000 chips and playing 30-minute levels. Late registration is open for the first 10 levels, and unlimited re-entries are permitted. Day 2 will take place on Thursday, October 30, at 3 p.m., culminating in a winner.
2025 THMC Malta X Winner to be Awarded Cape Town Million Package

€500,000 Guaranteed MPF Autumn Edition Grand Event
The MPF Autumn Edition Grand Event boasts a €500,000 guarantee with a buyin of €550. There are eight Day 1 flights with a €400 special price edition starting on Sunday, October 26. Satellites are available every day from the festival’s opening day.
Players start with 50,000 chips and play 40-minute levels for all Day 1s, except for the turbo flights, which feature 20-minute levels. Late registration is open for the first 10 levels, and unlimited re-entries are permitted.
