Don't know much about the other guy fairly new to the table, seems fairly sensible and doesn't get out of line though..
Its possible there is value here but its only thin value and so checking it back doesn't lose much in a worse case scenario. Seems unlikely that he would call with worse but the flop being checked around complicates matters as if there had been flop action then you are definitley not getting called with worse.
Remember to value bet then you have to get called by worse but he could have a jack for jacks and fives or trip fives. He could even be slowplaying a straight.....unlikely but possible. Because the value is thin then I would only value bet thin and perhaps 1/3 pot. But apart from a weaker two pair like jacks over then most of his river calling range beats you.
He likely hasn't got most of the hands that beat you but he will have if he calls the river......its marginal but I lean towards checking.

Check for me too
Not many hands he can call with that you beat. Only J or overpair that missed a flush.
Otherwise if he calls id expect small straight or backed.into trips.
More likely to.cost yourself.money with a bet when hes gone for a (foolish) value chexkraise or a bluff _________________ THMF 8 game champion 2010
