Heartbreaking to be honest, poor little girl with cancer.

Only chance is surgery in the states, which costs £230K.

So, I'm just trying to do my bit and put the word around, I hope you guys can assist, lovely little girl Sophie and I met her Dad at College. Just a really nice family altogether and it's heartbreaking what they are going through.
