im on windows xp and recently my computer seems to lose sound every so often
its a pain if im playing poker and i nip to the bathroom etc and miss my turn because the alert sound doesnt kick in or if im playing random songs and it suddenly goes quiet.
any ideas guys? cheers

| Easiest way is making sure you have all windows updates, then go into control panel > system > device manager, find your sound card and right click it. The should be something there about updating drivers. |
