Has this been resolved? I'm not sure I totally understand the issue? Have you got a Genting Poker account, but can't remember your nickname / password to get online on your new PC, or do you want to open one?

You'll have to go onto Live Chat to get that, I can't give it out here. Go to the website, clickContact Us 24/7 on the left hand side menu, then click on Click Here For Live Chat. They'll be able to help, and will reset your password etc.
