Ok lol, cos he has a squad in the top 4 of europe (Only Barca, RM and maybe Bayern better), yet is struggling to beat a very poor United team to the title, and repeatedly plays Gareth Barry which seems to encourage England managers to do the same

I thought you meant he had said something out of order. As it happened he didn't play Barry and we got knocked out.  |

Considering the money he has been given, he has definitely under achieved.
In my view, he should of got a top 4 finish in his first season but finished 5th. In his 2nd season he did win the FA Cup, but never really had any impact on the PL, which they should of done even if they had still finished 3rd (the late run flattered their PL position).
This season, he has shown himself to be tactically poor in a number of games and I still don't think he knows the system he wants to play, you would have to say that they have been poor in Europe despite having a squad which should be capable of being in the semi finals of the CL.
The PL title probably should already be wrapped up this season and if Utd do with the title, he has to take the blame. |

I am going to give credit to United (not that I like doing it.) Maybe some one can run some stats but to me it is United doing their best to win it rather than City doing badly. Although I would have bought a player or two in the January window to keep the drive going.
As for Mancini an FA Cup win and 3rd place last year and top 2 this year, on the right path for me. |

| You have to credit Ferguson for stuff like bringing back Scholes. Lesser managers would have felt silly about that. But still, City should have taken it this year. |
