OK so W7 & Vista both seem to want to not let me move a window (minimized) so that the top header bar sits above my monitor display. I often play on a windows based poker platform and want to multi table more efficiently.
1) Do you understand the problem?
2) Can you solve it for me?

| I understand and also have the same problem on windows 7. It is really annoying and I have no idea how to fix it lol. Do you have that thing that drops down from the top of your screen as well like the bottom of an apple computer? One of the most annoying things ever im0. |

noobs
get window you want to move
press alt + space
use arrow keys to highlight move and press enter (or just hit the M key)
then use the arrow keys to move it to required spot, even if it is off the desktop window
this has been the same since windows 3.1 FYI |

But i don't want to have to do that for every window........ not really practical if multi tabling and swapping table positions regularly and whilst in play. Isn't there a setting whereas this can be set as standard? _________________ Fortune favours only the prepared mind!

| The thing that tilts me the most with w7 is when i drag a window to the top of the screen it maximises to the whole size of the screen. How do i turn that off? |

Go to Control Panel | Ease of Access | Ease of Access Center | Make the mouse easier to use (obviously!)
Then check Prevent windows from being automatically arranged when moved to the edge of the screen |

Still doesn't seem to let you move the title bar above the top of the window, though. Well, at least on my PC... |
