Hi all
What does everyone think of the allegations against the colourful northerner James Saville?
Personally it wouldn't surprise me at all, he always seemed a funny bugger

Seems odd that all these people knew about these goings on, but have only voiced their concerns now they're free of libel and slander laws.
I suppose it could be true, but it could also be people looking for a newspaper payday. Need to see *evidence* before coming to a conclusion. _________________ Vi Veri Veniversum Vivus Vici |

| I can't see the point of the show to be honest. Why make it apart from making money. Guess they didn't make it when he was alive to avoid being sued, now they can say what he like as he is dead. |

I met Jim when I was a scout at 14, he fingered my bum.
Not bothered tho as he let me watch him nail 3 chicks while snorting coke and whacking of.
Hope the Press read this forum. _________________ Update TBC |

Obviously Bogus had a bit more hair then, ironically NOT what Jimmy was keen on... _________________ 'Impatience for victory only guarantees defeat' - Louis XIV |

How the f##k has Jimmy Saville managed to stay untouched through his living years????????
Im not buying the " he was raising too much for charity" silence for a second, some do gooder would have started the ball rolling.
Commander Peter Spindler, head of Specialist Crime Investigations, said the abuse was on a "national scale" and that the allegations spanned four decades.
Police are pursuing 340 lines of inquiry and speaking with as many as 40 victims in the probe into sexual abuse allegations against Jimmy Savile.
"We have officially recorded 12 allegations of sexual offences but expect this number to grow," the Metropolitan police said on Friday.
"We continue to liaise with 14 forces."
"Officers from the Serious Case Team of the MPS Child Abuse Investigation Command will continue to contact those who have come forward, to ensure that they are given the advice and support they need.
"We would once again praise the courage of, and thank everyone who has come forward to provide us with information to assist in understanding the scale of abuse perpetrated by Savile.
IMO theres just way way way waaaay to much smoke now for it not to be true.
4 decades ffs ???
14 forces??????
How can this man NEVER had his collar felt??? EVER??? _________________ never chop wood in a rubber dinghy |

| Why don't the police go after Bill Wyman and Jimmy Page ? They both had sex with their underage girl friends as well. And there are now claims that John Peel made a fifteen year old girl pregnant. Graham Rix the ex-footballer got twelve months for it so everyone who did it should be punished. |

Some of them didn't seem to care how old the girls were. Jimmy Saville was just muckier than the others because he didn't seem to bother whether or not they wanted to be groped and more. This has spoilt the re-runs of TOTP for me. |
