Does anyone know how you go about setting up an 'association'? It's not poker related but I'm having difficulty in finding out exactly what is needed and how you go about it.

I'd probably suggest posting this question on the motley fool (fool.co.uk) or on moneysavingsexpert.com
Or try your local business advisory service or something like CAB.

You'll need to draw up a constitution. Depending on the money involved, you may want to get a local solicitor to do that for you. Otherwise, google for some example documents to crib from. |

I dunno, I heard summat on t'radio this morning (hence the JW ref) that seemed to imply the word "association" might be involved somehow too.
I've got better things to do than listen to the actual news, you know. |
