If not is it because of their purchase of full tilt? I thought maybe they are leaving it to full tilt and rush tourns.

Sounds reasonable to just leave it to FTP, pointless trying to code in Zoom tourneys with them now owning Rush poker. You never know, they may roll Zoom tourneys out along with FTP's Rush.
