After I min cashed (sigh) I went to check which Mob Bounty T's I was regged for... I can't get them to show. When I went to 'between dates' 30/5/2021 is auto so that's fine, but when I tried to 08/6/2012, or anything in June at all, all it comes up with is 31/6/2012 and I can find no way to change it. And even when I apply that, no results found under the Hendon Mob tab/ tournaments. When I went with unfiltered completely the triple bounty T's returned. On testing it some more (the between dates filter) I am able to choose any date in June for the first entry, but the second entry insists on the imaginary date of 31/6/2012.

Very strange. finally got to choose 30/5/2012 to 6/6/2012 and still the mob triple bounty T doesn't show. - or even if I go to 10/6/2012. I think this means there's a glitch when one is searching between dates including the existing day. That's no good if I want to know what T's are running from tonight through next week... anyway, someone should alpha/beta test the between dates filter...

I've passed it on. Thanks.

Re the issue with the lobby sync, a Hot Fix is due 'shortly' will keep you posted.

I have tested extensively. They don't work. I've tried searching for tournaments by name, filtering types etc, but it simply doesn't work when you select a date range. I have sent Playtech myriad print screens proving the issue. Lets see what they say.

Thanks Gaz. Geez I adore your ( and Genting's in general) responsiveness. I was expecting to leave it a bit as I thought everybody would be focused on the (wish I was there!!!!) GPS Edinburgh. GO ON THE MOBSTERS!

Very Happy

We aim to please! Playtech have acknowledged the issue with the date range blocking the other filters, the date issue and the late reg issue.

They are working on it.

I've noticed that on every tournament you can either buyin with cash 'or tokens'. Was that there before? Does this mean we can qualify twice for the same event and get tournament tokens for the second one instead to play something of equal value?

No, its just making it clearer that players who have tokens for X tournie can use to enter it.

This is probably the type of feedback you don't want but best I'm honest. The traffic isn't there to prevent me having significant waiting times for low buy in SNG's and HU. Not always but most of the time. I know it's the classic problem when up against sites like Stars but for a recreational player like me that likes to drop in and out with limited time, waiting times of any real length are no good. For this reason, Im probably reloading with Stars soon after cashing out recently at Genting. Waiting time aside, I cannot fault Genting tbh.

Does double clicking a tourney in the lobby now register you for it without asking for a confirmation? Somehow I ended up late regging for a PLO tourney when I just wanted to have a look in the lobby! Confused

Edit: Seemingly not, but no idea how I ended up in this tourney!

Did you win it?

Seriously, you must have clicked the Massive Register button that appears in the little preview panel on the right hand side of the lobby.

Still not sure how I got in there... even if you hit the register button, there's normally a confirmation window that appears. Oh well, I'll put it down to a blonde moment Exclamation

Anyhow, it ended well - I didn't win, but I did manage to cash! Mr. Green
