Genting connection problems

Almost every time I try, over the last few weeks, to play on Genting I keep getting disconnected. This happens no matter what time of the day or night it is. It has become so bad that it is impossible to play there now. I don't get this problem with any other site and the connection, at my end, is showing as 100% excellent.

I have just tried again this morning and kept getting disconnected.

Does anyone else have this problem - or is it just me?

I'm on it right now, not getting any issues and whist we did have issues several weeks ago, the complaints have all but dried up.

Gaz, tried again this morning but it is useless for me like this. I play, mainly MTTs & STT but this morning I tried on low value cash tables just to test it and it dissed even before I got tables sorted then twice again while I was playing.

I shall attempt to use up the little bit of money I have on Genting then, unfortunately, I wont be using site again.

I've sent shot as requested, although I really can't see how that is going to help.

Yes, Brent emailed saying you'd asked him to make contact and I thank you for that.

He explained how the internet works but of course what he didn't know is that when it comes to computers I been using 'em since 1973 and am considered (unfairly) as a bit of a geek. I know how the internet works - and he was correct in all that he said, i.e. the problem need not be at your end or mine but somewhere else along the interweb. Usually when that is the case though, disconnecting and striking up again will mostly find a different route. Trouble is I've tried that many times but no joy.

It could be a compatibility problem and although I ran for quite a while before I began encountering this problem I will, as a last resort, try re-installing the Genting client. Anything is worth a shot.

I'd just like to say that Genting has all the signs of a first-class outfit as far as I'm concerned in that when something is not right you go out of your way to keep your customers happy. No one can ask for more than that. My congrats on your customer service.... good stuff.
