OK im now in regg'd and i believe the Hotel (very swanky) is booked, the missus is well chuffed with it. They dont have a car park though and the best parking i can find is £64 from Saturday 11am ish until Sunday evening. Is this the best im gonna find or would i be bettr off jumping on the tube from cock fosters?

The Mint have car jockeys to park the car, ( a tip rather than a parking charge I think ) although I'm not sure what time they come on duty!.....and also Sunday parking outside the hotel on a single yellow will be free.

cheers Ripple but im sorted now. One of the students at work's parents has a gated drive in a swanky house so i should be getting the entry code 
Failing that it will be park at cockfosters and tube it in.

Single room can be had at that hotel for £99 plus £9 for full English or double for £109(if you want/need to take a partner). If the other 3 were willing to split their 50% 5 ways id put up half cost of hotel room if we could get one more in. |

I'm sorry to hear that Badger. Please don't think anyone took it as begging for handouts though, very far from it. It just looked like an opportunity to help in some small way. I hope all works out well for you in the future.
