My rewards points / sponsorship money had a bit of a wobble yesterday. Has there been some kind of issue with results or rake calcs or something?

In one of the automated reports figures were included from 1st February instead of first of March in error thus adding February data twice.
It was fixed quite quickly, we are surprised you noticed it

We receive a report on a daily basis for the previous days play, so usually 24 hours.
We say that reports can be 24/48 hours behind as on occasion an update can be late but that doesn't happen very often now.
