Regarding Sponsorship Dollars
For all Hendon Mob players Genting Poker Points(iP) have zero cash value. They are only used to calculate your VIP level and can not be used for anything of value. iP balances are set to zero each week.
iPoints - Please note that for all Hendon Mob players Genting Poker Points(iP) have zero cash value. They are only used to calculate your VIP level and are not redeemable in any way. You can see how many points you need to earn for VIP levels in the 'Genting Poker Points' section in 'My Account'. They are refered to as 'Status Points'.

Whatever happens you will not lose out. At the end of the month check your VIP status and your bonus and if you are not 100% sure and happy that everything is 100% correct then please email support@thehendonmob.com or contact Genting live support and we'll look into it for you. |
Thanks for offer to help if not fixed. Will let you know if needed but hopefully will be fixed at source. By the way, this isn't about points having value, it's about points showing month to date being not correct.

Thanks Gary. It hasn't fixed the reporting of bonus points month to date unfortunately. Updated screenshot today as below.
Points to go (1188) is right, points so far (404) is not - points so far should read 4062.

I don't really get this "no cash value" lark.
They do have a cash value, don't they? Because I get a bonus based on how many I clear?

If you sign up direct with Genting and not through the Mob you have been able in the past to use your iPoints for somethings like converting them to cash or playing events with cash prizes.
If you sign up through the Mob you get our exclusive Hendon Mob Sponsorship Dollars instead and they are worth far, far more.
That is why we make the distinction.

Thanks. I used to be Puzzled in Manchester but I moved and got thicker.
I love my sponsorship dollars but I also get the VIP bonus which is cash, which is why I get confused at the "no cash value" part. But I think I understand that what you are saying is that I cannot redeem my points against anything in addition to the monthly bonus.

Your points accumulation is correct. As accumulated points are deleted once a week (roughly) then they are deleted off your month to date balance.
Your VIP level is determined by Status Points and not Genting points. Status points are basically points you get at the same rate as Genting Points but cannot be spent or removed from your account. They are just used to measure levels of play.

What you are saying is sort of correct. Yes your bonus is released as you earn the points, but that is basically used as a measurement and once the bonus is issued you dont lose the points that were accumulated to do that, so effectively they do have no cash value. These points can also be used for some tournament entry's for other players, this is where they get a cash value, but as explained in the Hendon Mob Sponsorship $ Tand C's, Hendon Mob players should not play these tournaments as there points are swaped for extra sponsorship $

Hi Genting,
I recently qualified for the $50+5 IPOPS 100 seat guarenteed tournament on the 5th May - 20:30pm start.
However, I now have an FA Cup final ticket on the 5th May and I can't play the tournament. Is there anyway I can transfer either the seat or play in a different $50+5 tournament or just put it towards the $125 tournament which I will play anyway. I'm happy for any solution really, bar keeping the ticket for this tournament.

I am not sure what we can do here as it is an iPoker tournament, I'll find out.

I'm having trouble with my bonus at the moment.
Until earlier today, my bonus for April showed that i had $18 pending and required 114 points to clear it.
I accumulated 115 points, despite my points balance resetting half way through the month, but yet my bonus did not clear.
I contacted Live Support and spoke to Lindsey about this earlier today. She indicated that she would request it to be resolved by the Poker Manager.
I've now just logged in to find that i've been credited with $11 bonus and the $18 that i was expecting has disappeared.
Crazy. Yet there is no record of any of this for me to check.
I'm tempted to call it a scam. |

Anything wrong with the withdrawel system? I made a withdrawel on 26th April and 1st May and neither have cleared yet. Both still say waiting in the transaction screen.
Doesn't usually take this long?
