I don't see the point of the table.......if that is a table quoting positions without Ronaldo and Messi then it is silly to even think that Barcelona without Messi all season would be 6th in La Liga......ditto with Real only having so few points. They utilise these players when they are in the side and fit but to even infer that they would only have these points totals without them is silly......I know it is probably done tongue in cheek but a totally pointless table because the strength in depth of both their squads dictates that they would still be up there challenging for everything.

I think if we could look into a crystal ball and see season ending points totals for Real with and without Ronaldo, Barce with and without Messi and Arsenal with and without RVP then there would be a greater difference with RVP and the Arsenal points totals than the other examples IMO......although I have a feeling it would be marginal......very wily character that Mr Wenger.

i dont think any 10 man team would do any good in the premier league or la ligue

It is still useful, as it shows that Barca rely on Messi more than Madrid rely on Ronaldo. Agree that their positions relative to 11 men teams is not like-with-like.

Are you sure about that.......Madrid are 4pts ahead of Barce in that table and are 4pts ahead of them in the real table.

but they just took off his goals. higuain has a better goal to game ratio than ronaldo. and benzema is no mug. i think barca prob do struggle a bit as their strikers dont really score.
