LVTC Trip Report

Day was terrible poker wise due to the fact i was a silly boy and started drinking at 10.15am, when we left the hotel at 12.15 i had, had 5 pints Becks and was already slurring my words, no idea why i did it and im sorry to my team mates not a great example as team captain. i was drinking with Bogus and Seanfoley from 12.30 and it wasnt a good thing to do as we still had nearly 2hrs b4 launch we started at 2.15 and at 3pm i was out i could barely see so it was no suprise to anybody to hear i called most of my stack off with a gutshot!

Played some cash and paid the dealer a nice compliment when i decided to tell her coz we was both ginger we should make babies, also told her if she fancied it she could have the time of her life in my hotel room to which she said thanks but no thanks (i was way more graphic in my request) gladly she was a good giggle and took it light heartedly

I played the £20 9pm tourney and it was a farce! id sobered up a bit by then as i stopped drinking about 6pm and i chose to deal the whole table much to everybodys gratitude, at 9.30 i busted a guy with J6 on a J6k board whist he limped in with KQ, we carried on playing and at about midnight we came back from a break and as i sat down the same guy came over to me and started abusing me and telling me i mugged him off and called him a c*nt and that he was going to throw me over the smoking balcony, the whole table was at an utter loss for words as i had said nothing and he had been fine when he left the table and wasnt bitter about the beat. i cant really remember the complete details but for once i really didnt deserve the grief i got.

played the f/roll today and got busted by dcsw7

Good Points of the w/end:
seeing mate you dont get to see often.
having a bloody good drink.
the main event was run really really well

getting so drunk so early and feeling like i let my team mates down
the £20 event, NO dealers but still had to pay juice, floor manager for the first 2-3 hours was rubbish, no info on the screens, we where made to play 11 handed, at one point we were 7 handed while all the tables round us where 9/10/11 handed.
