The lobby of my MTT is just too confusing because some of the key stats are so behind. The Stats/More button has more real time stats - I think? REALLY matters how many players are remaining. At moment in T 629828091 the tourney lobby says 350 on 17 tables and the info says 143/17 tables (108paid)- don't have time to check the other stats because I'm short-stacked but seriously hampering fault.

i am playing in the $5 version - 135 paid, stats says 357 remaining and yet we've just started playing hand for hand. how do i find how many are really left? where is the "more" bit?

I found the stats/more too late - should've been more clear - GL Bob!

I found that stats/more tells the truth in terms of players remaining etc. So if you've passed H for H - go on and grrrr TID Cool

asked the live support on lobby updating issue, despite being in one tournie for over an hour I wasn't showing in lobby. He suggested I log off and reconnect. Whilst losing 2 hands of play, this did fix the problem and for rest of tournie the lobby was accurate.

Well, Cap'n I hope that didn't disrupt your game too much. I suggest the problem gets fixed on the software end. Grrrr

no, was irritating though, I agree it is something they need to fix very quickly, I only mention it as useful to know when on a break.

Not sure if you had the same prob, but some players seemed to be listed several times in the lobby, some tables appeared to have 15 players on them according to the table data.

All very annoying....

yep - lobby's all over the place. Stats then more button seems the only correct data - but of course it's hard to tell and my confidence in any of the tournament data is fading.

Also got another snap closure - lightening close of program - during tournament. (again restarting and finding massive updates)

Will someone from Genting please reply here to give us any info on Genting's approach to the problems?

EDIT: 6 minutes later... in a rebuy T - lost my all in, screen pops up:-rebuy? But then so does 'sorry Genting casino.exe has encountered a problem and has to close'... I'm out of tournament.

Steam coming out of my ears. That's it for rebuys for me until this is sorted.
