I sky plused the season and watched all 6 episodes on Xmas eve and enjoyed it.
I did get a kick of the wife on xmas day morning, as she had zombie nightmares all thru the night and wasn't happy with me. |

Good to know I wasn't the only one it did that to! I woke myself up 'dream screaming'.
I only watched them in daylight after that! _________________ No one can make you feel inferior without your consent - Eleanor Roosevelt

quite how they managed to fill 6 episodes where only two things happened was quite a feat
as I generally think zombie stuff isn't a bit lame anyway I was only mildly disappointed as my expectations weren't high to start with |

I quite enjoyed it but there were a lot of bits that tilted the hell out me from a "what would I do in this scenario" point of view. For the most part it was more of a post-zombie apocolypse show than being specifically about zombies but that's cool.
I'm quietly optimistic about season two, hopefully it'll focus more on the outbreak than the resulting wasteland. |

Hope it stays true to the comic, where the theme was 'how do people behave if this happens' kind of thing, and hope it runs for a long time, as the comic did.
I think the writer said in his intro to the first graphic novel that he loves post apocalyptic films, but always wanted to know what happens after the credits roll, and wanted to make a long running, soap opera style story, with zombies. |

apparently there is a major departure from the novels later on, but it's something which didn't make much sense in the novels anyway (as to why they didn't do it). Can't wait for the next seasons which really get interesting... _________________ Si Hoc Legere Scis Nimium Eruditionis Habes |

I've watched worst show for 4.5 hours. The show has very little action and bizarrely not much character development either. If they want to show that nothing happens most of the time in this type of enviroment perhaps they'd be better off with a minute of silence and moody shots of the desert every episode
Make the episodes 22-minutes and it could be a great show. The americans probably love it because it resembles their sports i.e. long periods where nothing happens. |

I must be in the minority that agree with Checkox and Grumble as nothing happens basically in 6 episodes! I can't believe the rave reviews it's getting _________________ this ain't no tall order this is nothing to me, difficult takes a day, impossible takes a week |
