Shoving ?bbs

Would do the hand replayer but it's just a general opinion i'm after.

Last tournament played, 1000 entrants, 145 left, top 104 get payed.(I'm not after just squeezing ITM)

I have 15 bbs, the blinds and antes represent around 20% of my stack, folded round to me OTB with 66, i shove(my shove is for most of sb's stack and half of bb's) and obviously the sb has 99 and i don't suck out.

Just wondered what the opinion is of you tournament players out there of shoving between 13-18 bbs?

If your not just hoping to get itm then shove it and hope for a flip. But so close to cashing id rather see another orbit even if it does cost me 20% of stack in effect though you can see 2 more orbits with one orbit only costing the antis.

No point raising up if they push youve got to call any way put maximum presure on them for a fold.

cant see y u wouldn't shove tbh. fold is weak, ur low on chips and can't raise fold. I'd shove worse than this

I know myself the shove is absolutely standard and right, i just wondered if any if there are any players who would raise fold in that spot? Or shove 17-18 bbs quite happily?

Not sure exactly on the % of hands the blinds can call my shove with but it's fairly low, i guess i'm just miffed after putting in the hours with nothing for it, but i know that's what tournaments are all about.

I did take a few weeks break from cash to play tournaments for a change but i might get back on the cash i think, tournaments are a brutal business unless your names Darvin Moon
