his CO 3bet is about 14%, i have blockers to his possible wrap hands that have decent equity vs my XR range of made hands where he can easily call this turn.
Im just trying to get him off of his two pair or one pair/ AA+ flushdraw hands.
I'm just kinda worried about stack sizes for the 5% where he actually ships it over the top..

The stacks are already borderline for the C/R here imo. If he shoves you're getting about 2.5/1 to make the call, when you're not certain how many outs are good. If FD and SD are both good I think you just about have the right price, but it's a big if. Much deeper and you definately have to fold which is never nice with a OESFD.
I understand your reasons for the C/R but I think I'd prefer to lead out the turn for about half the pot. Then if he raises you can push with plenty of FE, or if he calls you can fire again on the river whether you hit or not.
