When you hit a flop whether it be top pair top kicker or 2 pair or whatever you really need to be betting 65 -70% of the pot upwards, same with you bluffs aswel btw. I don't know whether you do this already but i suspect not?

On that board if i had a set, 2 pair, top pair or flush draw i'd bet the same amount.

So try and make your bet sizing consistent regardless of your hand.

I know you want to get paid when you hit but you have to balance this out and try and give people the wrong odds to call and hit their hand whilst at the same time getting good value from yours, with that 80 into 240 you're now giving villain the odds to call for a flush, same with the turn bet of 160 into 400, it doesn't achieve anything for you. I know he wasn't on a draw in this case but i'm just using it as an example. If you bet 180-200 on the flop villain might well raise and you get it all in on the flop a big favourite anyway.

I would have played this differently. I wouldn't want to be OOP post flop to two players and the BB could take a swipe at this after two apparent weak limpers. I think completing is a bad line to take pre-flop and I either fold or raise to more than pot cutting down their implied odds to call. Chances are you will pick up a small pot and that is exactly what you want to keep your stack going in the right direction.

As Sprengers said, once you are in then check-fold the turn as you need to get value but its clear you are beat on the turn card and the shove is horrible Smile
