| I think if we have our best players injury free at next world cup we can have a decent run if our starting 11 contains james and heskey and downing we might as well not show up. |

I'm the same as Dean but can't argue with Darrens point either. I'm a member of the Scotland supporters club and go to all home games but I get pretty embarrassed when the tartan army start singing anti-England songs and would never join in. |
I support all the home nations also. The English may take the piss out of Scotish football, but generally want you to do well. |
I am the same. On the times i have been to Scotland i have loved the place.
I think this can be summed up with a quote from trainspotting "I don't hate the English, They're just wan**ers".

I really find it hard to see how these 3 get selected. Maybe James as Keeper number 2 or 3 but we don't have 4 strikers better than Heskey? How can that be true? also the days of Downing being our left sided savior should be coming to an end soon. I always thought that debate was stupid anyway.

Yeah they can get pretty cringeworthy, hopefully the whole booing of the anthems will be stamped out cause that's just embarassing.
I generally want England to win especially now we get some Everton players in the squad. If they were the better team and played the most attractive football I would have no problem with them winning the World Cup, as long as I could switch off before Lineker, Wright et al got started

I find it hard to see them getting picked also that is why i said if these 3 players have played to much lately imo and none of them are international class soon as he picks green or kirkland the better i dont rate hart carson or robbo fwit.Hopefully joe cole will be fit by then that gets rid of downing and hopefully owen will be fit lol at that. |
