Thanks.

Please say I am still watching him, if you get a chance. The rest have gone to bed!

Bluffing with the best hand.

On a flop of Ad 10s 6s, Dario Minieri bet 40k and was raised to 150k by Philip Hilm. Dario moved all-in for another 560k and Philip, who had him covered, called. A disgusted Dario turned over his Ks Qh but was astonished to find himself ahead when Philip turned over 9s 8s! Turn 2d and river 10d did not connect with Philip's gutshot straight flush draw and put Dario back in the hunt.

Genius or madness by both players? It's a very fine line!

Edit: although Dario had the higher hand, Philip was actually a 54% favourite to win.

Vegas Vic.

Neil Channing and Willie Tann are at the same table. As I walked past I momentarily thought I was upstairs at the Vic!

They are with Humberto Brenes and Julian Gardner.

I recognise Jon Kalmar, think he goes to wigan athletic matches.

Well he's chip leader at the break with a shade under 2M. If he carries on like this, he'll be able to upgrade to a better team next season Laughing

he already watches a better team and it aint a manchester overflow town

We think this is Raj Verma. In a battle of the blinds he made a large re-raise of almost two stacks of orange (175k). His opponent in the small blind, David Levi, thought for a long time under Raj's intense glare before mucking with a pained expression.

There are only two former world champions left, and they're both berries!

1986 champion Berry Johnston. There must be at least one player in this tournament who hadn't been born when he won it on 12th May.

1996 champion Huckleberry Seed.
