I think my raise pre flop and on the flop are fine, anyone betting less/more here?

(Edit - hand replay shows he bet $1.99 but it was actually $0.99)

He bets out on the turn, which is quite a scary card. I don't think I have the correct odds to call, (to hit a flush.) But I thought if he had it, (flush, straight), finding a fold to a biggish river bet would be hard, so I thought my implied odds were good. If he was bluffing, he might slow right down on the river after I called that turn card, and I have ok value for a check-check river showdown. (If I don't get a cheap river showdown, I think a fold would normally be best?)

(Just in case the handreplay isn't working, can you let me know if you can see it all or not?)

I doubt I'd consider folding vs. this villain.... his line was pretty odd (ie. why does he lead into us on Turn for over pot-sized bet when we've shown strength by raising pre then 3betting the flop when he donked into us. Wouldn't he be thinkin' we're firing again on turn if he checks to us?).

Thanks for that. I did find it a bit strange, but if he had the flush, I had outs, and would expect him to still call a bet on the river if I get the 4th heart. As it was, he was going for a bluff with outs, so I guess it was the correct call.

Cheers

Your flop raise size is totally wrong. On a draw heavy board you should make a pot-sized raise which would be about a dollar.
