I feel like this violates "1 player to a hand", since deal making is a poker tournament skill, but I'm not sure how it could be nailed down and made enforceable.

The proper rule is the best/quickest/consistent.

Leave the flipped card where it is and finish the deal, then replace the flipped card with the burn card.

IMO any game that needs to be scored entirely by judges is not a real sport. It's a type of dance or something.

Winter Olympics has a lot of them, but the proper Olympics has too many for my liking ...
