Christmas Comes Early at Genting Casino Stratford with THMC London 2025
In a year that saw The Hendon Mob Championship spread 14 stops across five continents and 10 different countries, while breaking numerous records, we will close out 2025 back where it all began, with THMC London. After a successful debut in 2024, THMC will return to Genting Casino Stratford from December 2 to 7 with five trophy events, including a £30,000 guaranteed THMC Opener and a £150,000 guaranteed Main Event presented by Unibet Deepstacks Open.
It was a record-breaking year for The Hendon Mob Championship. In April, we held our first event on South American soil, hosting an event in São Paolo, Brazil, alongside SiGMA Poker Your. Shortly after, The Festival Series was determined to break the THMC attendance record and achieved the feat at The Festival in Rozvadov, where 2,417 entries piled up at King’s Resort Live. Then, just a month after, Sasha Sabbaghian claimed the largest ever THMC payout, winning the Hendon Mob Mid-Major Championship for $96,280.
THMC attendance records were shattered worldwide in 2025, including at our home in Malta, with 654 entries at the Malta Poker Festival and 888 at the Irish Poker Open.
The Hendon Mob Championship London

We aim to continue building this event as The Hendon Mob’s flagship London stop, preserving the original Mobster’s legacy by establishing a staple annual event within the grassroots London poker scene. Genting Stratford has hit the ground running with an ambitious poker schedule, and we’re delighted they’ve shown the confidence in us to remain a part of it.”
In 2024, over £185,000 was paid out across six events. This year, we have more than that in guarantees! There are numerous satellites to boost those ROIs, and each side event features a guarantee and a custom THMC trophy for the winner.

The festival gets underway with the £200 two-day THMC Deepstack Opener on December 3, boasting a £30,000 guaranteed prize pool. Players start with 50,000 in chips and play 30-minute levels. Unlimited re-entries are permitted with registration open until the 2nd level on Day 2. The winner will also receive a seat in the THMC event at the 2026 Irish Poker Open.
From there, the £150,000 GTD Main Event action begins with our partners from Unibet Deepstacks Open. The THMC London Main Event has seven Day 1s and a final-hour rake-free Main Event Flip and Go just before Day 2 kicks off, which will award one seat and an average stack starting on Day 2.
Day 1A begins at 6:15 p.m. London time on Thursday, December 4. Players start with 40,000 in chips and play 30-minute levels. Up to two re-entries are permitted per flight, with all qualifying players returning for the finale on Sunday, December 7, at 3:15 p.m. The winner of the THMC Main Event will be awarded a Cape Town Million package.
2025 THMC London Main Event Winner to be Awarded Cape Town Million Package
The Hendon Mob has partnered with Sunbet Poker Tour by MJPT to offer all 2025 THMC winners a package to the THMC Cape Town Million. Although this event occurs after the 2025 Cape Town Million, we will honour this year’s champion by deferring to next year.

Qualifiers Running on Unibet
The Hendon Mob and Unibet DeepStack Open have teamed up again for THMC London. Players have the opportunity to win a €1,500 package every Sunday on Unibet.com, which includes a £280 Main Event entry, a £200 seat to the Deepstack Opener and €950 credited directly to their Unibet account for travel, accommodation, or extra buy-ins.
