You are the Tournament Director Series 2: Matt Savage
Age: 36 Hometown, Country: San Jose, California now living in Las Vegas Home (local) Casino/ Card room: My local home casino is right now Bay 101 in San Jose but right now I live in Las Vegas. Experience (how long TD): I got my start running tournaments from being the bottom - basically chip runner, dealer, floor man, lead floor man, tournament director. The reason I became a tournament director was because I was dealing and I developed a carpal tunnel. I loved dealing so if it wasn’t for that I might still be dealing which is kind of interesting so I’ve been doing tournaments right now for probably 6 years. Major Festivals/ Tournaments worked at: I’ve done events WSOP 2002, 2003 and 2004, Showdown at the Sands, I do a lot of events for Fox Sports Net, London Open, Monte Carlo Millions, World Poker Tour events, Party Poker Million 2, 3 and 4, Shooting Stars, World Poker Tour.
