The World Series of Poker held at the Binions Horseshoe is without doubt the greatest festival of the year and the one we’ve been waiting for.  Even though Harrahs have bought out the tournament things seemed to be pretty much the same as we got underway in the two thousand dollar no limit hold-em event, which had a record eight hundred plus runners. There was no real show from The Mob, but as I was leaving the casino this afternoon, having been knocked out of the seven card stud, I bumped into young Englishman James Vogl who had just qualified for the final of the first event. He looked full of excitement having just knocked out Phil Ivy and holding above average chips. Anyway, after we left we all went to seek out our new Prima clothing.
