Update on Keith's exit

With position, he called a raise from Mark Friedman to see a flop of K J 4.

Friedman continuation bet, and Keith called.

A second jack came on the turn and again Friedman bet out, Keith moved all-in and Friedman called showing K J for the nut full house. Keith didn’t show his hand.

Mark Friedman is up to 65,000.

Keith Hawkins - Out.

Keith Hawkins gets his money in with Q, 10 against the pocket 9’s of James O’Connell.

Hawkins fails to catch and is eliminated from the tournament and takes home £15,000

Board: J 8 4 3 K

We are now heads up!

Anthony Arlot VS James O’Connell

3 way flop

Almost…. Anthony Arlot limps on the button for 40,000, but James O’Connell isn’t going to play ball and raises it upto 150,000. Hawkins on the big blind passes quickly, and Arlot doesn’t take much longer to relinquish his own, voluntary, investment.

Keith may have the hump

James O’Connell moves in for exactly 200,000 on the button and Keith Hawkins moves in over the top from the small blind. Richard Trigg passes from the big blind, accidently flipping over T 3 in the process. It was a good move by Keith as his A 4 is just about ahead of James’ K J even before the two dead hearts are taken into account, unfortunately for him the flop put him well behind and things didn’t improve from there:

K 9 3 Q 9

James is back up over 400,000.
