C T Law decides to make some speculative calls again decent sized bets from Danny Wilmott before making his Gutshot on the river and getting paid off by Danny Wilmott’s jacks (top pair) with an ace kicker.

Wilmott is not too pleased having felt he did enough to protect his hand from the draw.

CT Law upto about 46,000 with Wilmott down to 8,000.

Angus falls to Law

John Angus pushed his short stack of 4750 in from the big blind when the action reached him and CT Law made the call. A K for Angus and J J for Law.

There is no help for big slick and Angus exits. Law’s stack was not looking as healthy as it did during the dinner break so this pot will be a welcome addition to his re-building effort.
