With two limpers C. Ward completed the small blind and Richard Howe checked his option in the big blind. The flop was jack-six-jack and Ward moved all-in for 1800. Howe deliberated before raising another 4000. The limpers got the message. Howe had jack-nine and Ward flipped over six-deuce and called for running sixes. However, the poker gods could not oblige on this occasion and a four on the turn sealed her fate.


Milton doubles up through Atkinson

Milton moves all in and after a while in the tank – Atkinson calls

Milton shows his AA and Atkinson shows A10.hearts for top-top.

I. Tinker got it all-in pre-flop with red queens against T. Wallace’s pocket jacks. The board ran out three-nine-ten-jack-four giving Wallace top set and the pot. Tinker hit the rail, another victim of the ladies.


Butt's big blind special

A flop of Q 2 5 was checked by Robert Butt in the big blind and raised by C Ward under the gun. Butt reraised to 4000 and Ward went into the tank. She eventually folded claiming jacks. Butt exposed Q 2 for the flopped two pair.

It was just about all over on the flop where his opponent (Nichiei Hicks) Hits his flush and sends Hussain walking to the door.

The very next hand Rupinder Bedi moved all-in from the cut-off and Ash Hussain called for his last 1500 on the button. M. Atkinson also called for his last 3500 in the big blind. Bedi had them covered. A K for Bedi, K K for Hussain, and Q Q for Atkinson. The board ran out 8 5 K 4 5 and Hussain trebled up. Bedi won the side pot and Atkinson hit the rail.

Ash Hussein got it all-in pre-flop with Q Q against Rocco d’Amore’s T T. The board ran out 8 5 9 2 T and Ash banged the table in disgust. He is down to the felt.
