Tournament sponsorship offers from The Hendon Mob and Genting Poker are in good faith, but in order to protect ourselves and to be able to provide this offer, players are required to read and agree to the following:
You are only able to use Hendon Mob Sponsorship Dollars (THM$) in specific tournaments agreed to in advance with The Hendon Mob. Please see pre-approved list of events.
Where THM$ are referenced, players with £ accounts will use THM£, and with € accounts THM€.
You must give at least 7 days notice in order to guarantee that sponsorship in pre-approved online events is available, and 21 days notice for pre-approved live events.
Sponsorship may be available for other major live events. The more notice given the better, but please note not all tournaments will be available to play as sponsored events, and will also require the agreement and participation of the relevant casino.
All cashes will be split 50/50 with The Hendon Mob Ltd, inclusive of stake (e.g. cash for £500 in a £100 buy-in tournament, and you will receive £250.)
All sponsorship is per-tournament. There is no make-up. You will receive 50% of any amounts cashed.
If using THM$ to buy into online tournaments on Genting Poker, or in live tournaments at casinos owned by the Genting Group, 10% of your buy-in will be re-credited to your THM$ balance.
You agree to wear The Hendon Mob and/or Genting Poker clothing/logos as required when playing live sponsored events and that your real name, alias and image can be used for promotional purposes by Genting Poker and/or The Hendon Mob.
It is the player's responsibility to arrange and pay for any required travel, hotel and insurance, and ensure they have any required travel documents/visas.
The Hendon Mob/Genting Poker shall in no way be liable for any injuries, losses, damages or expenses suffered or incurred by a player as a direct or indirect result of accepting a tournament sponsorship.
You agree not to promote any other website or company whilst playing any tournament under this sponsorship.
You agree to behave in an appropriate manner in any tournament whilst playing under sponsorship and to abide by any rules/regulations required by the casino/card room that you are playing in.
You agree that all live tournament winnings may be withheld by the casino and your 50% credited to your Genting Poker account (available for immediate withdrawal).
Live sponsored tournament players will be required to sign and return a contract confirming they agree to all Terms & Conditions.
Sponsored online tournament entries will be played under a sponsorship account provided to you. You will not be able to use this account for anything other than entering the tournament you are sponsored for. Any winnings due will be transferred to your personal Genting Poker account within 72 hours, although usually much faster.
For use of THM$ to buy into tournaments in a currency other than USD, the rate of exchange on www.xe.com will be used to determine the amount of THM$ required. The same applies for THM£ and THM€ accounts, where conversions are required.
The same conversion rate will be used for payment of winnings if payment is made to a USD Genting Poker account.
For all Hendon Mob players Genting Poker Points(iP) have zero cash value. They are only used to calculate your VIP level and can not be used for anything of value. GPP(iP) will be set to zero on your account each month. Anyone caught trying to use/spend GPP(iP) or abusing the system may forfeit all THM$.
If you do not wish to partake in this promotion, you may request your account is removed from The Hendon Mob affiliation, and earn Genting Poker Points as normal, but you will not be eligible to participate in this or any other Hendon Mob exclusive promotion.
THM$ may not be exchanged for cash and will expire if your account has been dormant (not used for real money play) for a 12 month period.
Players must be of legal age (18, or older depending on your jurisdiction) to participate in any of the tournaments.
