Sorry i know ive posted something similair before but this is pissing me right off.
Why do tv channels show the same movie over and over,im sure someone can tell me
Channel 5 today Calamity Jane 3 weeks in a row and ITV oh that will be Charlie and the chocolate factory
Well its not The Mummy i suppose

They've probably bought the rights to it for a fixed period, usually a year, and are milking it for all its worth, as it's essentially free every time they repeat it.

Remember how we laughed at Alan Partridge pitch ideas for TV shows to his boss? (Monkey Tennis, Youth Hostelling with Chris Eubank....) One of his ideas was "Cooking In Prison"
