1st day off for a week, what do you do, scrubbed the kitchen and sorted my diy stuff out, prepping etc, reward was to watch the footy and 'play' a few tourneys. The following are all 1st level and within 15 mins of each other

AdQd raise and a caller, flop Kd Qs 4d, all goes in, he has JsJc, turn 2s, river Jh.

8hTh in BB, 2 limpers, I check, flop Jh 9h Qs, all goes in, he shows QdQh, turn 8s, river 9d.

AcKc I raise get reraised, all in and called by A9o flop TJQr turn 6 river K for a chop, same player calls an all in 3 hands later with ATo v my AK, hits a ten, goodnight.

My laptop was nearly getting acquainted with the wall.

At least Cech ensured the Both to score bet landed, the only high point of an otherwise forgettable day. If the double (BTTS) with the late game touches, I may regard it as a break even day.

On days like this I look back over the hands. If I see the problem was not my play, then I know it's just not my day.

Then I thank the universe for poker. Because I know that if I'd been outside a fly would've flown through an open window on a double decker bus straight into the bus driver's mouth causing him to jump the curb and crushed me as I was smelling the roses in my neighbor's front garden. Simple.

Good way to look at it. I'll remember that the next time I throw another laptop through the window.

Feeling that way too tonight - played prettty bad for a spell whilst 7 tabling after running QQ into KK and KK into AA and AK < Ax (river x) in quick succession.

Probably left over tilt from not binking a seat in last nights WSOP Sat - I played well right up to the bust out hand - out 119. Shoving KJo from MP+1 because M=4 and would increase chipstack by 25%. Not +ve.

Week off I think.

Assuming you are opening the action and are not on the bubble with another player about to go out this is an auto shove isn't it?
