People ought to refuse to watch this on general principle alone.[/quote]
+1
I do subscribe to Boxnation, the overseas cards it features are really good, the cards based in Britain seem to fall apart very easily (Frank Warrens speciality) and are often of poor quality or scrapped altogether by fight night, so technically it wont cost me anything extra to watch Haye v Chisora but I still dont think i'll even bother , if im in i'll watch it but its certainly not on my must see list.
I think alot of fighters are reluctant to fight on this bill fearing some sort of sanction from the BBBoC so the undercard too will be poor IMO, Povetkin v Rahman certainly doesnt sell it to me.
I believe the BBBoC have also sanctioned fights outside of the UK as well so im not sure they can really have any argument over another body doing the same, rather hypocritical if you ask me, but this is the BBBoC we're talking about.
Apparently ticket sales are absolutely flying and Boxnation are hoping for 1m subscribers for this fight

So Frank Warren says that this will be the biggest British non-title fight ever......I assume he means how much money it makes......there lays the motive
I bet as he was saying that you could have heard him pulling a lever with the noise of ker-ching......ker-ching......ker-ching in the background
Stick some curry source onto some manky past it meat and hype it up to be five star and if you approach enough people then enough of them with no knowledge of cuisine or who even posses a remotely sophisticated palate will still pay good money and wolf it down without ever knowing good or crap food when they see it. _________________ Poker columnist at www.poker.co.uk

Clearly it is all about the money, but don't you want to watch this fight? Chisora is a scumbag imo and I am hoping he gets knocked out. He just might pull off an upset though.
Also, while he has been a complete fool, this has to be one of the biggest overreactions ever.

Not particulary no....... in the same way that I didn't watch Harrison vs Haye......these are nothing but boxing side shows dressed up for the public. Boxing is all about making money and is a business like any other and nearly all people accept that.......buts its the BS that people object to.......sadly this will be a sell out and revenue will be high. _________________ Poker columnist at www.poker.co.uk

They're people, same as any. As boxers they're losers trying to inflate this Herbie Hide, Danny Williams, Audley Harrison level contest into relevance. Haye could have been a contender but he's a businessman not a fighter. When his toe got injured against Wlad he basically chose to lose on points rather than risk embarrassment/glory. Says it all.

If your thought processes are such that the thing that comes to mind when needing a metaphor for something which is one-sided is gang-rape, then there is something wrong with you. No excuses. _________________ @oneshotbobby on twitter
