May I suggest the following template for people to use as a summary:

Starting Bankroll: $200
Total Buy-ins:
Total Cashes:
Closing Bankroll:

Where closing bankroll = $200 less buy-ins plus cashes.

It shows everything that needs to be shown & lets you see everybody's progress towards meeting the challenge criteria. And closing bankroll is the most important piece of information.
