Rebrabuk,

I have looked at your account and you were issued an £11.25 GBP bonus, which on the 1st May was equal to $18.

I can guarantee i do not scam anyone and it was posted earlier in this thread that the network as a whole were having issues with bonuses being released last month and players should contact support. We look to release the bonus within 72 hours and it is calculated on the exchange rate on xe.com at the time of manually adjusting the bonus.

The bonus issue is now resolved, but bonuses added for VIP payments on 1st April will need to be made manually should anybody still have one on there account.

Why do loyalty payments take soooo long? All of your competitors pay their loyalty payments on the 1st of each month.

As Dave has said, there was a network wide issue at the start of April, we are told it is resolved and so far this month we have not had any complaints. So unless you still have an April bonus due (if so tell our chat team) there should be no issues. If you are having issues, please tell us.

The problem was network wide but did not affect all players, hence it taking playtech some time to acknowledge it.

Thanks for clarification Dave.

When the bonus notification appeared i automatically just closed the window by accident without taking notice of exactly how much it was for.

But, am i missing something or is there no way of me viewing my account history?

Also, following a relatively inactive month during April, i've been demoted from from VIP3 to VIP1. Is this normal to be demoted by 2 levels, rather than 1 per month? I think i was on the verge of VIP4 prior to this demotion which is frustrating..

Dave's best placed to answer this, but yes our VIP scheme moves down (or indeed up) by more than one level based on your play to the approporiate level.

The thing to remember about the VIP scheme is that it doesn't matter if you have a quiet month and slip down a few levels. When you start playing again all the play is counted and at at the end of the month (start of the next) your VIP level is recalculated and all the play for the previous month is paid on that VIP level.

Still don't understand it.

I was on VIP3 at end of March, i was relegated to VIP1 at end of April, I've now somehow gone up to VIP4, despite very little play during April and so far very little play during May.

My April bonus record is missing from view, which doesn't help to interpret the system, but it just doesn't make any sense to me;

Yeah I don't get that one either St.G. The auto rebuy buttons seem to have a mind of their own.

While i'm here, any news on when the lobbies are going to finally be fixed or do they just have 1000 chimpanzees at playtech, who are hoping to stumble upon the answer one day?
