Tues 27th March - Massive fix release due from Playtech, we are reliably informed will fix all of these issues, plus will launch much better table focus for multitabling cash games.
More news tomorrow. |

Few issues which I've found this morning which I'll raise again if the Tuesday update doesn't fix them.
1. All late reg tournies saying they have been running for 0 seconds in the lobby when some have been running for 50 minutes.
2. When I click on 'favorites' it shows the IPOPS event I am registered for but not any of the upcoming Spring Sale tournaments. Had to manually go find them all just to make sure I still was registered!
EDIT: - A restart of the software fixed both problems. _________________ Master of Puppets I'm Pulling Your Strings!

My tables are taking a long time to show up. I have to restart a couple of times to get past the "loading tables" message. _________________ @oneshotbobby on twitter |

Right I'm registered to a tournament which is currently being played but I closed down Genting earlier and reloaded just before it started. I couldn't get in though and the tournament wouldn't load. All tournaments and cash game tabs were blank with 'no games found' being displayed. Spoke to live support who managed to get me in my tournament and said it didn't appear to be just me and there was a big network issue at the moment. Some tournaments are showing no entrys. Some are not showing the correct GTD prizepool in the lobby etc.
Thought I better let people know as there is league game tonight. It may be best to leave Genting open if you already have it open!!! _________________ Master of Puppets I'm Pulling Your Strings!

My account has been locked because apparently 'they can't verify I'm over 18'.
Any help? |

Please email me the tournament ID's, Date and Times and print screens of the issue to gary.oakes@gentingalderney.com I am gathering as much data as possible to help PT sort it out.
Everyone who sends me an email with the requested details, will receive a FREE £5.50 GPS Stage 2 Sat token. You could be the next Ruslan Vlasov!
Thanks

All you have to do is make a real money deposit on the new and improved Genting Poker Software before Friday 6th April 2012, and you will receive a free GPS Seat Stage 2 token worth £5.50. That's not all, we'll invite you into an exclusive Penny Poker tournament 8th April 6pm (invite only) where you could win.. |
Received the promotion email today suggesting i had to deposit in order to gain a free GPS token on the all new and unimproved software.
Quite insulting considering i've not received any tokens for the email(s) sent to you following your request through the forum..
..And the new software still has the same faults anyway.
(Playtech error earlier today, tonights League Game lobby is screwed up and i've had connection issues within the last hour) |

| Not sure if the upgrade has found it's way to me, had some issues earlier getting connected then crashed a couple of times. Also for the first time in the league my lobby was screwed up for a while. |
