I experienced this also, when looking to see if Ben Jackson was still in. He was listed as having 10k chips, when I double clicked him it took me to a table without him. However, like a dumbo I didn't print screen it did I.

If the same thing is still happening, can you get me a print sreen or two showing something like that to show how the lobby is out of sync.

this is really fustrating as i made a bet based on the fact that the lobby said there was 100+ players left and then i shoved and got knocked out to have it flash up that i had finished in 40th, with 27 being played i would not have made the shove!
i think this is a reular recurring problem for alot of people!

From experience, almost every lobby is wrong for either of these reasons;

a. some users are in the lobby multiple times (sometimes with different chips stacks)
b. if I late reg, I don't always get into the lobby, ie play the whole event under the radar of other players, under my position it says "n/a"
c. some lobbies run a little slow, eg 10 minutes delayed but never catch up.


I play under different computers depending on where I happen to be, the problem is the same on each computer, ie not hardware related.

Live support, when queried, had the correct positions but had no knowledge this is a wider problem, their only advice is to restart genting program. Sometimes a restart of Genting fixes the problem, sometimes it makes no difference.

In one event, it was clear from the chat that other players were seeing the same problem but their view of the lobby differed from mine, ie it seems to be a client issue, not server.

I have experienced all of these things aswell. Also yesterday the lobby for the 200k event said the average chip stack was 9850 chips two hours into tournament when we started with 10,000.

Thanks, have passed to iPoker and Playtech and told them to read this thread. We can't be the only people experiencing the issue, would be interested if other iPoker 'new software' skins are having the same problems....

The lobby was screwed last night too, from about 7pm onwards for me. Although i did get bored of trying to play by about 9:30pm.

I only play Sit n Go tournaments and this fault makes it impossible to register for any of the tournaments that i want to play in.

I'm only reading on here tonight to see if anything was reported regarding yesterday and i see that the fault is still there tonight, so i'll not even bother to waste my time.

I'm in 2 minds to start playing elsewhere, since this is a regular occurrence and i'm still bitter that Mac software has not been developed, despite it being 'available by Xmas'.. last year.

Very poor show.

I don't recall saying Mac software would be available by Xmas....don't think I did anyway.

The lobby issue has been acknowledged by iPoker / Playtech and that are looking at a fix right now. Will keep you posted.

Maybe Tom heard something I didn't....clearly he was wrong! I don;t know when Mac software will be available, it have asked our friends at Playtech for guidance.

With regard to the lobby issues.

Can players experiencing problems with the sync of the lobby, trying to reg for SNG's that show as available in lobby and are full when you get to them, MTTs showing wrong nuber of players still left in etc.....

Please email me the tournament ID's, Date and Times and print screens of the issue to gary.oakes@gentingalderney.com I am gathering as much data as possible to help PT sort it out.

The SnG thing has been happening on and off for years on iPoker. Maybe not necessarily a new software issue.

In the last couple of days when I see the cash tables I want to play are full and I check First Available and got to adjust Min Players, I'm unable to get the figure higher than 2. Basically I'm allowed 1 or 2 players. This is for F/A on a 9 seat table. I took a screenshot but I'm not sure how this will be of any value... http://i.imgur.com/GfZHk.png
