This year we are expecting 500 - 600 Norwegian players for the Norwegian Poker Championships.

Dusk Till Dawn will be open from 12pm to 6am every day and although the NPC festival events are Norwegian only everyone is welcome to play the side events or cash games.

We expect 20 - 30 games a day , majority will be £1 £2 and £2 £5 No Limit then bigger PLO , DC and NL .

Everyone has been talking about the great atmosphere and the cash action we had here last year and we can't wait to host it.

The Norwegians have started to arrive , there are approx 150 here today , we had 88 playing in their $400 Limit Hold-em event and a total of 131 players in tonights open £75 Freezeout. As i write at 11.30 there are 11 cash games ranging from £1 £2 No Limit, £5 £5 PLO to £10 £10 round of each.

Tomorrow we have the Norwegian $600 PLO and at 8pm there will be another £75 .

We are expecting another 150 Norwegians to arrive and by Wednesday all 500 should be here in time for the main event starting Thursday.

These guys create a great atmosphere and love to straddle in the cash games so if you fancy some high stakes action come up to Dusk Till Dawn this week.

We open at 12pm and the cash games start to build from 3pm through to 6am.

Saturday we have added a £250 No Limit Freezeout open to all that starts at 4pm . It is a 2 day event that uses our Deepstack structure , 10,000 chips and a 45 minute clock , it is capped at 180 and likely to sell out so register online or get here early .

By 2am this morning we had 15 cash games going with several English big cash game players arriving from 11pm , the Norwegian $600 PLO today had 124 players .

There is another £75 No Limit Freezeout tonight at 8pm and we expect up to 180 players.

We should get at least 20 cash games tonight , even the £1 £2 games are playing like £2 £5 with players buying in for £300+.

From tomorrow night when we have the 64 runner heads up , our weekly 8pm £25 Freezeout capped at 162 and a 10 seat guaranteed Super Satellite at 9pm for next weeks £300 Deepstack we expect all 56 of our tables to be in use.

The buzz in here each night is something else !

We have now had the Norwegian Limit . PLO and Heads Up event and today is day 1a of the main event which 225 played so i thought i would post an update on the action so far.

Last night we had over 600 players here and so far this week we have broken 3 records.

Tuesday we had 173 players in a £75 comp beating our previous record of 134 then Wednesday we had 225 in the £25 beating 204 and tonight so far we have 25 cash games running. These range from £1 £2 to £2 £5 No Limit , £2 £2 DC / PLO and ROE , £5 £5 PLO and a £10 £10 ROE in the Vip Lounge.

The last 40 Norwegians just arrived ready for day 1b tomorrow which means there are now 500 here so i expect Friday and Saturday to be our busiest days !

We raised the cap on our £50 from 81 to 144 tonight and sold out 30 minutes before the start ! Registration for Fridays £75 and £25 and Saturdays £50 will open at 7pm each day but you can guarantee your seats by booking on line. All events are capped but i hope to raise them if we have sufficient tables free.

Saturdays £250 at 4pm is currently capped at 180 , i am looking at increasing this to 225 and expect it to sell out . This event will use our deepstack structure 10,000 chips and a 45 minute clock and will play over 2 days.

The way the club is set out this year is much better , we are using 41 tables in the main room with 12 extra in the bar area and we have a bigger marquee where each night at 12.30 we have a full english breakfast buffet which has been extremely popular.

If you fancy experiencing all of this and drinking a few Coronas or vodka and red bulls with our Norwegian friends it continues until Sunday.

Today was another record breaker at Dusk Till Dawn.

I raised the cap on the £75 from 63 to 99 tonight and didn't open registration until 7pm , we were sold out by 7.20pm with 14 alternates that all got in.

The £25 was capped at 72 with 30 alternates and also sold out by 7.30pm.

We broke yesterdays record of 25 cash games with 29 simultaneous cash games and at 8.30pm we had day 1b of the Norwegain Championships that started with 244 and our £25 and £75 going as well as 18 cash games which meant we had 55 tables in use or 495 players !

There will be 120 players returning for day 2 of the Norwegian Poker Championships and the cap on the £250 at 4pm will stay at 180.

Tomorrow nights £50 is capped at 81 and i am not looking to increase it so buy in online or get here for 7pm when registration opens.

Hi All

Great news for those planning on playing our £300 Deepstack this weekend , unlike last month when 296 of the 333 seat cap were already sold before 5pm opening Saturday meaning we sold out in 20 minutes, due to a combination of the Easter weekend and the Irish Open there are still 150 seats available so if you are planning to travel here tomorrow you should be ok , but get here early to be on the safe side.

In our £300 Deepstack we ended up with 294 players , not bad considering the easter bank holiday , the Irish Open and a Ladbrokes sponsored £500 event in Brighton.

With 7 left a chip count deal was done leaving £6,000 to play for which was chopped heads up by runner up Mark Docherty and chip leader Arjanit Kondaj therefore all 7 got between £9,000 and £11,000.

Our £150 had 89 players and was won by Colin Young with no deals , this was a great achievement as Colin also won last months £300 Deepstack again with no deal !

Our next £60,000 Guaranteed Deepstack weekend is May 2nd / 3rd
