Last weekend I went to the London Film and Comic Con and I attended a Judge Dredd panel talk including Karl Urban.
Could be difficult for many of their target market, as like me I am torn between being a fan of 2000AD and being a grumpy old man that hates 3D.

Crazy Stupid Love.
I am confused about the feelings I have for Ryan Gosling after watching this. Well worth a watch, especially with a lady-friend. However, she may have unachievable expectations afterwards.

The Whistleblower 7/10 - Story of Kathryn Bolkovac about a UN cover-up of human trafficking into Bosnia. They replaced the US DynCorp, who still have massive UN contracts, with a British company.

watched this the other night, really enjoyed it, very good performance from all and a real eye opener
It's been on BBC4 twice in last two months, can't recommend it enough, its shown as 2x2hour parts, but is basically two films. _________________ 'Impatience for victory only guarantees defeat' - Louis XIV

wonderland 7/10 good, interesting biopic of the 70s counter-culture in LA.
Tree of Life 8/10 i really liked this film if you can call it that. Its pacing and subject are very unusual and perhaps you have to be used to its type to appreciate it. Artistic and somewhat pretentious at times but still very good considering it's bleakness of subject.
Its originality is very refreshing. _________________ The next best thing to gambling and winning is gambling and losing.
