genting poker (pokerwaldorf help please)

I have been playing on genting, before I deposited I went onto live chat and asked if i use moneybookers can i buy in and cash out without any problems, they said yes.

I am cashing out and now they are asking me for photo id bills ect, I use moneybookers not to have to go through this, i dont even have a scanner or a camera phone.

I would have to go to a mailbox ect to do all this, can you help please?

I feel your pain Jack (or rather I felt it last autumn) but there's no way round verifying your identity. I tried. I found someone with an iphone and got it all done. You must verify yourself no matter what banking type system you're using. BTW Since then the moneybookers transactions with Genting have definitely been easy-peasy. Good luck.

Genting err on the side of caution and safety regarding the protection of funds. Sometimes you find yourself grateful for the pain in the arse - think of it like an innoculation against FT syndrome.

ty, the thing is i went to online support and asked them about this, they told me i would not need to send anything if i used moneybookers, now a part of my roll is stuck on genting, when i cash out from stars to moneybookers it takes 10 seconds!
