@fraac/seb. there was nothing scottish about them. nearly the whole squad were playing/played in the major european leagues.

Did you not watch the games? They played exactly like Scotland under Craig Brown, and with players no better.

there is no bitterness. that would be ridiculousness. like i would prefer bayern munich to win?

Its called banter. his actions require attention. i can see the internet is attending to it.

Hhe missed that the pen in 2008 to win the match. He then makes an insane challenge against barca to leave them with 10 men 2-0 down with an hour to go in the bernabeu. this rules him out for the final. Following all this massive fail does he take it like a man and do a "keane". no he jumps around like he won it and gets his full kit on. Chelsea won it and great but when you have an idiot like terry in the team it demands piss taking. just like the diving ronaldo did or giggs the philanderer. all have to get what they deserve. god bless the internet.

My Mrs commented that Chelsea winning the Champions League is like when Greece won the Euros in 2004. Gives England a bit of hope that we can do the same...

this old chestnut. greece were 10 times the team england are at the moment.

To reiterate. Greece beat the hosts twice. They beat the holders. They beat the Tournament favourites. They went to pens once.

England have absolutely no hope.

You're all fun you.
Just try and think of it like a marital BJ..they come round every 2 years you build yourself up for it and it ends up being a bit of a wet lettuce but you still enjoy it

2 years, blatant brag post

They were just showing togetherness and Terry wasn't the only non-playing person there to be wearing his kit......would have looked wrong him going up to get his medal in a shirt and tie. I think it was a celebration of everything that the old guard had been through to win the CL over the years.

Stop it now Sprengers......you are sounding a bit Nemesis like for me......where is Nemesis anyway.....has he been on the forum since that fateful Drogba penalty on Saturday night.......is he sober.......is he even alive.......I need proof

perhaps dont put your shin pads in next time?

The shin pads were insanely lol. I realise JT obviously thought it was the right thing but what about Scholes and Keane in 99? Hardly a united fan however they missed it due to suspension (iirc) and they were almost embarassed to be on the pitch afterwards.

Was Terry wearing shin pads Shocked

I didn't spot that but I will be rewinding the footage this evening as I have it on Sky Plus. If thats true then that certainly puts a different slant on it. I will have to have a look at it and then decide what that actually makes him.......a big kid or a sad t***t

Actually......on the subject of Terry.....I am certainly not defending him......far from it. A lot of what he is and does doesnt sit too well with me to be honest. In a football sense then what he did in the second leg at the Nou Camp made him a 24 carot muppet in my book and it was almost Joey Barton like in nature.

I never bought into all this talk about how "Chelsea would miss him in the final" and that was all over the press and on Sky. Any player who was stupid enough to do that in a semi-final second leg at the Nou Camp with the score at 1-1 is stupid enough to do it in the final at the Allianz. I always thought that Luiz and Cahill could do a good job if they were fit enough and Terry struggles against pace anyway.

If professional football hadn't intervened then Terry has all the look of a street thug to me.

As much as I dislike him, I have no problems with him as a player and with him changing in to his Chelsea kit. Although photos are Laughing
