So I switched my account over to GBP as requested, and all of my balance and active/unpaid bonuses disappeared. It was only a pittance, but I'm guessing that wasn't supposed to happen...

Any Points / Bonuses / VIP Statuses / Tokens you have in your account will remain the same |
You might want to fix that before someone with a reasonable amount of $$$ tries to do the conversion! _________________ Not surprised Xavi's been replaced. His pass completion rate was only 89%. Useless. |

For things like this, you absolutely have to tell our Chat Team, they will fix any issue of this type very quickly. It simply means in the transfer process someone has probably forgotten to check a box, if we tell you that Points / Bonuses / VIP Statuses / Tokens will remain the same, we mean it. If therefore someone doesn't do it right, or the system doesn't do it, just tell them and they will manually correct.
I will pass to Chat Team now, and they can look into why it didn't happen for you. If other players experience the same please contact the chat team, they will fix it.
Thanks

No need, it was pennies, not worth the time. It really was just an FYI that it wasn't happening automagically. _________________ Not surprised Xavi's been replaced. His pass completion rate was only 89%. Useless. |

Just realized the precious screenshot shows up here. That's just my note to Cap'n Gee - "I'm not JUST a nit - I got no shot here!" lol _________________ "I find it's best to start the day with no composure and then you've got nothing to lose." B. Boatman

Not sure if this helps;
I had notification my flash player needed updating, did this without error tonight. Immediately after I started seeing issues with my hand replayer (ie it wouldn't work). As I closed Genting client, I got some new playtech errors, which asked if I wanted to investigate. The investigation suggested my flash player version was not compatible with Genting.
Sorry, no screen shots. |
