I didn't know he was part of the voting commitee, however Mr Brooking has now been part of the FA for 10 years? Why does this man still have a say in anything, cause he's old enough now to be respected? What has he done since his appointment? |
Im fairly sure hes got most of the control from grass roots and the schools, hes also had a massive input into the new Burton development for youth.
Im not saying hes doing a good or bad job but whats wrong with being a part of the FA for 10 years?..im presuming you mean hes out of touch?
Surely that would right off nearly every football panel on every show that we watch each Saturday/Sunday etc that are paid thousands? |
No it wasn't that I think he's out of touch and the comment was slightly ignorant given my small amount of knowledge about the going's on inside the FA.
What I meant was, things havent exactly gone well over the last 10 years and some people have been held accountable but Trevor Brooking just floats along in this role like he has a job for life. If he had a vote in this appointment I'm guessing he had a role in Mclaren and Capello's as well. |
