St G, I really don't know how you do it. Your loyalty is to be applauded. I think it's a real shame that nobdoy can touch Stars as it's not healthy having such a one sided market.
Let's hope somebody steps up to the plate.

My connection has been good since the last major update.
However, the lobbies are still all over the place. Had a fairly large update before playing tonight but did not help the lobbies.
Also, my April bonus still frozen.

I chatted with online support a few days ago on this one and they agreed there was issue and would email me. I have not received email so putting issue here.
Issue is that my points month to date are not right, it shows the right amount of points needed to get to VIP4 but my points for month to date are way lower that they should be. VIP 4 is 5250, my points month to date should read 3929, not the 272 it shows.
I am concerned that the bonus created at month end will be wrong. Please advise.

Not that it will matter if the bonuses still aren't clearing automatically...

I know what you mean but I would hate for the same sort of manual workaround they did last month to use the wrong value

Potential good news....
Playtech issued some updates to the software yesterday, it is due to fix:
Bonus Issue
Lobby / Tournament sync
Crashing Issues
Tournament Reg issues (a handful of players couldn't register for a handful of tournaments)
As always I am very interested to see whether the update has worked. Print screens of issues will be very helpful, please always include your Genting Poker nickname.

Regarding Sponsorship Dollars
For all Hendon Mob players Genting Poker Points(iP) have zero cash value. They are only used to calculate your VIP level and can not be used for anything of value. iP balances are set to zero each week.
iPoints - Please note that for all Hendon Mob players Genting Poker Points(iP) have zero cash value. They are only used to calculate your VIP level and are not redeemable in any way. You can see how many points you need to earn for VIP levels in the 'Genting Poker Points' section in 'My Account'. They are refered to as 'Status Points'.

Whatever happens you will not lose out. At the end of the month check your VIP status and your bonus and if you are not 100% sure and happy that everything is 100% correct then please email support@thehendonmob.com or contact Genting live support and we'll look into it for you.
