Please get me print screens (even for crashes), dates / times / usernames or nicknames for crashes.
I have to flood Playtech with details so they can keep looking at your account logs in the back end to see what triggered the crash. Without it, they are blind. Help them to see. |

Loads of issues getting on tonight, but haven't had one crash since the last (large judging by how long it took) update

Massive fingers crossed!
When the software crashes (and lets hope it doesn't) you should have an option to send a report to Windows. Please ALWAYS do this, as the report contains all manner of technical gubbins that ends up getting sent back to Playtech so they can look into it.

| Is there anyway I can check that I signed up with Mob Affiliation? I regg'd when the Genting deal was first set up, but I've never used it. Fancy sticking a few quid on today and playing the cash games tonight. |

When I'm trying to play cash and table select I can't get the waiting list choices to behave. If I click join waiting list on a 9 h table and then choose to go with 1st available, I can't get the min number of players to rise above 2. Any suggestions?

Well this is really annoying - i'm on the final two tables and it wont let me open the other one to view:
"Sorry, but this table is currently closed" Then the next box says
"A problem has occurred while trying to join the poker table, please try again later"
